Despite being just a B.Com graduate, she has created a footprint about smart, casual fashion through her brand Posh Affair in less than ten years.
Smiling and friendly Kriti Gandhi is a fashion enthusiast who has transformed herself into a complete entrepreneur.
Thanks to her childhood passion and innovative business model, her outfit label Posh Affair has gained global recognition and appreciation!
Explaining how it all started, Kriti said that “I have always been a fashion enthusiast, that is my only aptitude and a whiff of curiosity sets the ball rolling.
I love what I do and I do it my way
The entrepreneurship journey struck casually and looking back we are glad that we kept it simple in a posh case, stuck to the category of our choice, and kept innovating and refining over the years to unleash our potential.
Our vision is customer satisfaction all over the world, something that we can realize is when we can democratize our label, making it a ‘No Frills – Casual Shopping Experience’.
Browsing through her collection, one can see that she is completely comfortable adopting a numbers game in which Western genre scores are launched by her team at reasonable prices.
Her business model is original and allows her to keep the site updated and fresh with smart and casual wear.
Kriti’s mind-boggling move was to create a business that aimed to offer a range of casual designer western styles for a limited time period, with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
This, along with deep influence online, allowed her to gain a significant client footprint in tier 2 cities where young women had an aspirational quotient and wanted to try out western outfits at a reasonable price.
The posh affair would complete ten years in a row, and thanks to the democratic approach in which the needs of the common aspirational Indian woman were kept central, they were able to meet the various challenges of the pandemic.
Giving advice on what young entrepreneurs need to do to be successful, she summarizes it by saying, “Find what you love to do and keep going through thick and thin – the world calls it BusinessJ.
Be ready to innovate during challenges and be ready for the long haul, she closes by saying that we overestimate what we can do in one year and anticipate change in ten, And I’ve been doing what I love for over ten years!”
Now, isn’t that something to get inspiration from!
