Bandhan Bank adds 50 branches to its network in a single day

  • 50 new branches have been opened across the country

Mumbai/Kolkata, March 31, 2023: Bandhan Bank, one of the fastest-growing banks in the country, announced the opening of 50 branches on the last day of the financial year. These branches have been opened across the country, the majority being in Bihar, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. With today’s addition, Bandhan Bank now has a network of more than 1,400 branches.

The spread of the new branches is a testament to the Bank’s commitment to expanding its reach across the country and serving the needs of all segments of customers. The new branches will enable more customers to avail of Bandhan Bank’s unique customer propositions along with a full range of liability and asset products.

The Bank is well on its journey of diversification of asset book and geographical presence. The bank is expanding its presence to areas outside of the East and Northeast and is looking to increase the share of secured loans significantly over the next few years. The Bank also plans to introduce new products and increase the width of services in the next financial year.
