Dr. Ashoak Kumar Jain has over 2 decades of experience in equity research, portfolio management, derivatives, and strategic investments. He has advised multiple firms to raise growth capital via pre IPO issuance of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), SME IPOs, Preferential allotment of shares and warrants and other issuances, helping these businesses finance their growth needs. He has played a pivotal role in guiding multiple businesses across various sectors towards sustainable growth.
Dr. Jain is the Chairman of Le Lavoir Limited, and the Managing Director of Darjeeling Ropeway Limited, both listed on India’s premier and oldest bourse the Bombay Stock Exchange – BSE.

Himself a devout Jain, Ashoak comes from a family with three lead Jain Acharyas – Diksha Daneshwari Gunratna Suriji, Mevad Deshodharak Jitendra Suriji and Shramani Gan Nayak Rashmiratna Suriji and Pravartini Guru Maiya Punyarekha Shreeji. Through Shree Padarli Bhawan Charitable Trust in Palitana, Mahavideh Dham based in Surat, Ummedpur Balashram in Rajasthan and Porwal Jain Foundation, Mumbai, he and his family have relentlessly worked towards multiple religious Jainism-led activities of establishing temples and spreading the Jain philosophy in various parts of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
